To become a member of the KRPC, each participant must sign this Release, Permission and Indemnity Agreement.

In consideration of playing in any Kenai River Pickleball Club, (KRPC) hosted, conducted events or playing at site locations run by the KRPC, I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant KRPC and any related staff or volunteers for liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, accidents or illnesses (including death) and/or loss of property.

I also give the KRPC, its agents or designees permission to use and distribute my name and image taken during any events hosted by the KRPC.

In becoming a member of the club I also agree to abide by the KRPC Code of Conduct.
